Rulemaking Calendar

2008 Rulemaking Calendar

Government Code section 11017.6 requires that every state agency responsible for implementing a statute that requires interpretation pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act to prepare a rulemaking calendar by January 30.

The 2008 Rulemaking Calendar* has now been published and is available through the following means (please note that the calendar is just over 65 MB and may take time to upload, depending on your Internet connection):

1. On-line.
2. On CD-ROM. (Subscribers to the Notice Register automatically receive a CD-ROM.) If you are not a subscriber, you may order a CD-ROM by contacting Barclays Law Publishers at 1-800-888-3600 or by e-mail at barclaysccr@thomson.com. The cost of the CD-ROM is $6.00.
3. At your nearest depository library.
4. A very limited number of hard copies are available. Please contact Barclays Law Publishers at 1-800-888-3600 or by e-mail at barclaysccr@thomson.com for more information. Subscribers to the Notice Register may obtain, at no extra charge, a hard copy of the Rulemaking Calendar. If you are not a subscriber, the cost of the printed calendar is $30.00.
